With a strategic mindset honed through years of placing senior business development, strategy, and commercial leaders, founding bioCatalyst was a natural evolution.

Having lived in Poland, France, Spain, and now in Oxford, UK, Kuba’s international background enriches his approach. He combines this global perspective with a keen understanding of client needs and rigorous due diligence, consistently ensuring optimal matches between talent and roles.

SCIENTIFIC ADVISOR

Gabriela is an accomplished scientist with expertise in neuroscience, stem cell research and drug discovery. She’s had a particular focus on finding cures for diseases such as Friedreich's Ataxia, Parkinson's Disease, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). She has a strong background in both biotech and academia, and a passion for advancing treatments for diseases with unmet medical needs.

Gabriela holds a PhD in Physiology, Anatomy, and Genetics from the University of Oxford, complemented by an MSc in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Sorbonne University.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Gabriela is actively engaged in sustainability initiatives within the scientific community and serves as a mentor to aspiring medical professionals.
